Do you offer shipping?

Not yet! Flame Tree currently offers local meetups. We hope to expand shipping services to the states by July 2021. 

Where can I pick up my candle? 

We offer meetups in Tamuning. Once your order is confirmed and processed, you will receive a message to schedule a meetup date and time. 

What kind of wax do you use? 

All Flame Tree candles are made with coconut soy wax. It is manufactured in the US and completely gluten free, toxin free, paraben free, and phthalate free.

What type of wicks do you use?

We use eco-friendly and clean-burning wood wicks. Our wicks are made in the US with 100% FSC Certified wood. 

What type of oils do you use in your candles? 

Flame Tree candles are made with premium quality phthalate free fragrance + essential oils. 

Why do I have some wax left at the bottom of my candle jar? 

We intentionally do that for your safety. If the candle burned all the way to the bottom, the jar will become too hot for its surface. The metal wick clip you see at the bottom of your jar creates a barrier between the flame and your surface to keep you and your family safe.

How can I recycle the wax left at the bottom of my candle jar?

Place the leftover wax on a candle warmer, and recycle your candle jar :)

To remove the remaining wax, allow your candle jar to sit in a pot of boiling water for a few minutes. You'll begin to see the wax separating from the jar. Once the wax pops out, place it on a candle warmer, and clean your jar with warm soapy water.

*Please be cautious when handling the jar during this cleaning method. It will be very hot.
